I have extensive experience working with young adults, supporting them through a wide range of challenges, including relationships, life transitions, complex family dynamics, bereavement, identity exploration, purpose, low mood, anxiety, stress, and feelings of overwhelm.

Over the past decade, my work with this age group has deepened, allowing me to develop a nuanced understanding of how to effectively support and empower young people during a time when life can often feel uncertain and turbulent.

My approach is collaborative. Together, we make sense of the challenges you’re facing, identify your unique emotional regulation needs, and find the words to express your feelings. I believe in creating a safe space where emotional pain can be explored with empathy, understanding, and compassion. By working together in a relational, sense-making way, we can navigate the complexity of your story and focus on meaningful growth.

In my work with young adults and adolescents, I recognize the importance of the developmental context of this stage of life. My approach often involves supporting individuals as they manage the tension between developmental milestones and the challenging experiences that arise during this transformative period.
